About me

My interest in understanding people began long before my formal training. It grew from a deep curiosity about what it means to be human, how we make sense of ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences, and how we find meaning through life's challenges.

This curiosity led me to complete a BSc in Psychology, followed by an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. These experiences provided me with both a scientific understanding of human behaviour and the therapeutic skills to support people through life's difficulties.

I remain curious about the questions that shape our lives, our identity, relationships, sense of meaning, experiences of loss, and capacity for growth. These themes often emerge naturally in therapy, and I believe that exploring them can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves and create space for meaningful change.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked in mental health and community settings, supporting adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity challenges, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused approaches. Rather than following a single model, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, recognising that every person's experiences and goals are unique. My objective is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together.

Who I work with

I work with adults who are navigating a range of emotional and life challenges, including:

  • Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
  • Low mood or depression
  • Difficult life transitions
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Questions around identity and self-understanding
  • The impact of past experiences or trauma
  • Challenges related to neurodivergence
  • A desire for personal growth and greater self-awareness

Whatever brings you to therapy, our work begins by understanding your individual experiences and what matters most to you.
